**Pre-ROSCON SG Hackathon Session I** With ROSCON SG round the corner, come join us for an awesome Pre-ROSCON hackathon.

**Note: We are running two sessions to accommodate everyone in the venue. This meetup corresponds to the afternoon session.** Please sign up for only ONE session.

Make your first contribution to the world's leading open-source robotics projects! Join the ROS Community Hackathon: Maintainer Contribution Day and learn how ROS 2, Gazebo and Open-RMF are developed. Work alongside maintainers and experienced contributors, build projects from source, tackle real issues, submit Pull Requests, and become part of the global robotics community.

Whether you are a student, researcher, software developer or robotics engineer, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience contributing to software used by robotics teams around the world. Participants will work on curated beginner-friendly issues and receive guidance throughout the contribution process, making this the ideal starting point for anyone interested in open-source robotics.

**Note for Participants:** Please bring a laptop **with administrator rights,** as software installation and environment setup may be required during the event.
